Mission Statement
Hardee County Utilities Department’s (HCUD ) main objective is to improve county residents’ quality of life by ensuring the health and safety of provided water & wastewater treatment as well as encouraging economic development through the ongoing expansion of water and wastewater infrastructures. This department includes the Vandolah Wastewater Treatment Facility and the Wauchula Hills Water and Wastewater Treatment Facilities.
